Dr. Moore
Dr. Kelsey Moore is a passionate eye doctor who serves patients at the Plymouth and Otsego offices of Kennedy Vision Health Center.
From a young age, Dr. Moore loved going to the eye doctor and recognized how big of an impact clear eyesight can make on a person’s everyday life. She’s dedicated to giving each patient the best possible care to help them succeed in their daily lives, and particularly enjoys pediatric optometry and neuro-optometry.
Education & Experience
After studying chemical engineering at Iowa State University, Dr. Moore attended Nova Southeastern University, earning a Bachelor of Science in vision science and a Doctor of Optometry, graduating with the highest honors. Her achievements include student government president of the College of Optometry, president of the Beta Sigma Kappa Honor Society, and member of the Gold Key International Optometric Honor Society. She also received the College of Optometrists in Vision Development (COVD) Award for Excellence.
Dr. Moore completed her residency at Eyecare Professionals, affiliated with Southern College of Optometry, where she developed her skills and experience in several areas, including neuro-optometric rehabilitation, vision therapy, and pediatric eye care. In addition to her various areas of expertise, Dr. Moore is also a member of the Minnesota Optometric Association and American Optometric Association.

Get to Know Dr. Moore
Originally from Hastings, MN, Dr. Moore has studied and practiced optometry all over the country, including in Iowa, Florida, South Carolina, and New Jersey. Happy to be back in Minnesota, she resides in Eagan with her husband Andrew, their greyhounds Enzo and Valentino, several fish, and their parrot…. Clark. Dr. Moore loves spending time with her dog, playing board games, “baking up a storm,” and seeing new movies. She also likes giving back by volunteering with the Special Olympics through Opening Eyes®, and Feed My Starving Children.
