It is clear Matthew is someone who truly loves his job. Gracie was fun to talk to when she checked me in and Jen was very patient with me when choosing frames for my new glasses. Dr Eder is incredibly knowledgeable and answered all my concerns regarding my aging eyes. I left there with such a positive feeling and look forward to seeing this staff again.”

“I needed my glasses repaired and sun glasses adjusted, after seeing two different opticians who said the sunglasses couldn’t be adjusted because of their style and the repair to my glasses not being done properly and the staff member scratched the lens while trying, I found Melody. What a god send. Not only did she adjust my sunglasses (that the other two said couldn’t) she sent my glasses back to the manufacturer and had my lenses completely replaced at no charge.

She is knowledgeable in all aspects of style and repair of the glasses. I will now only have her work on my glasses and if she’s not there I’ll come back. If anyone is thinking about going to Kennedy vision in Plymouth you can’t go wrong asking for “Mel” to help you pick out, and/or have your repairs done by her. She rocks!!!😊”

“I used to live near Plymouth and 10 years ago and was an extremely happy customer with Kennedy Vision and Dr. Traverse. Since then, i moved out of state. I was traveling to Minneapolis for work and had a significant eye emergency and called into Kennedy. Their team got me in immediately to see Dr. Traverse and they helped with an immediate diagnosis and treatment plan. Dr. Traverse picked up from where we left off “just like it was yesterday”. He and his staff were on top of my medical background and from a personal standpoint it felt like the 10 year hiatus never occurred.

“Lilly the optician was very helpful when I asked about contact lenses and getting new lenses for my glasses. I use to work in this field and she was incredibly honest, helpful, polite and patient!

Check her out, I grilled her about prices online and she was very transparent.

The only room for improvement I would say as she did have her own business card, it would be wonderful if every optician had a few of their own cards so they could be referred out to friends and family!
